Quite comfortable experience there. Fine base for travelling to Williams and exploring local places. Breakfast with donuts. The location good and perfect close to the town centre. Also - adjacent to the train station and several restaurants, downtown shopping and market.

The location was great, perfect distance from
Restaurants and the Grand Canyon. The bed was comfy, and free coffee was a nice touch. The shower's water pressure was a bit low. Despite this, we enjoyed our engagement trip and would consider staying again.

Location
At check-in the owner tried to tell me he didn't have my reserved single bed room, tried to put me in a room with 2 beds at a higher price. When I refused he came up with a single room. To say the least the room was rough. The table was wobbly until I straightened the leg, The handle in the bathroom faucet came off when I tried to use it. After I wired the TV I could only get 1 channel,, the hunting channel. The room is in bad need of painting and the whole place seems to be falling apart. I wouldn't try and shower in the place.

I am sure I got bit by some kind of insect, (in room) Water did not turn on in bathroom. Called management. Came up and took a towel and with all of his strength pushed it down and said, See! Husband and I used the dirty bathtub to wash up with the stained and dirty cloths. Wouldn't take a bath in that dirty of a place. Biggest disgrace I have ever stayed in. Probably won't use Budget Inn again . You need to check out Budget Inn in Williams. Room 25

I liked the location of the hotel. It is conveniently located on Rte 66 which is about a hour drive to the Grand Canyon National Park. And also close to Safeway which was a bliss to us to pick up the necessary food for the day hikes and also resonably close to the visitor centre and many restaurants.
The supplies given to the guests (soaps, towels, tissues) are not of decent standard.

Its position not far from the train station
Coffee making facilities were advertised but in room but there was no coffee maker and not even sachets of coffee or tea provided as in other motels and we stayed in a lot of places on our tour. Continental breakfast included but there were one two small tables (or maybe just one) in reception area (small) and no tea available and no-one around to ask and this was at 08.00! There was certainly not enough room for all visitors to take breakfast around same time So I used my own tea and....the water was cold !! I'm sure the non-smoking room had been used in the past by smokers

Easy to find Due to large signs
Very very dirty room - unfriendly staff. The so called breakfast and breakfast room was disgusting- very small and dirty -only a small bun and cold coffee If you Booked.net want to keep people booking hotels through you I would surggest that you take this hotel off your website, it is not up to the standard that I have experienced when I have booked hotels on the Internet with you or other providers

Great spot for a road trip!
We stayed for 2 nights in a king room, and it was pretty sweet. The room was clean and spacious. It had a microwave and fridge. Loved being able to walk to stores and restaurants too. Just a bummer the parking was a bit tight. Oh, and there's a nice snack bar!

The hotel was good little and perfect, and I really enjoyed it. The bed was good and the room and bathroom were a nice size and new-fashioned. The location was amazing for walking around Williams Depot. Bars and restaurants were close to the place.

The towels and washcloths were various shades of gray and very thin. The carpet was slightly shredded at the front door. Lighting in the room was very poor and the only table in the room had one leg very poorly repaired. The table and chest of drawers had long outlived their usefulness.
